LIFE IS A CABERNET! Vertical Tasting of Vintages 1991-2002 AND Wine Dinner with Special Guest Tom Eddy
Tom Eddy is a member of the renowned UC-Davis "class of '74," a group of graduates often credited with the meteoric rise in the quality of California wine. Tom has made wine for some of the largest and smallest California wineries, and his own hillside Cabernet is already famous for both intensity and grace. It's a real honor to have Tom here to lead us through a tasting of his very first vintage from 1991, then a vertical of 1993 to 1997, plus 2001 and 2002.
