Tired of the same old office party? I sure am! Have a wine tasting party and automatically brighten things up. We'll pick a theme and create an experience people will talk about all year.

Boston Wine School: Family style wine lunchPairing great wine with great food creates unforgettable experiences. We do geographic themes -- Tuscan wine with Tuscan food -- as well as super varietal dinners like pinot noir and shiraz.

Make that special day even more special with an unforgettable themed wine tasting and wine dinner. Also available to do wine tasting parties beforehand to select wines for the wedding. Perfect for wine lovers in love.

Options
2-Hour Tasting Seminar Minimum 15 guests, maximum 45
People usually do this tasting event as part of a busy itinerary. Food is very simple: bread, cheese, olives, artichokes. Wine selection: four (maybe five!) wines around a theme.

3-Hour Tasting Reception Minimum 15 guests, maximum 45
Typically, this level event is part one of a two part night. Food: heavy hors d'oeuvres, enough for dinner. Wine selection: six wines around a theme.

Tuna spiediniWine Dinner Minimum 15 guests, maximum 36
Sit down, multi-course wine and food experience. This level event is the entire evening: approximately 7-11 pm. 5+ courses, each with its own wine. EXTRAS: wine gift for guests, jazz trio, classical trio, custom wine glasses, specialty cakes, private valet parking.

Capacity
The Boston Wine School comfortably accomodates 45 people for a reception event and 36 guests for a sit-down dinner.

Number of wines
For a large seminar or party, four to six is a good range: it's plenty, but it's not too much. On the other end of the spectrum, if it's a wine dinner and the people are super wine lovers, you could do eight, 10, even 12. It depends on the audience and menu.

Wine and food at the Boston Wine School Food
From heavy hors d'oeuvres to sit-down dinner. Cold: artisan breads, exotic cheeses, olives, olive oil, marinated vegetables, fruit, nuts, chocolate. Hot: bruschetta, terrina di zucchini, chicken involtini, baked pasta, sage pork loin.
