Weather Alerts

If there is a weather emergency and classes are canceled, I will post an alert on the web site at least four hours before class. I will do my best to contact everyone in class either by phone or email as well, but if there are any questions, check the web site.

Cancel, Re-schedule & Refund Policy

If I have to cancel class for any reason — weather, illness, emergency, whatever — I will do my best to re-schedule the class. If the new schedule doesn't work for anyone, you will receive full credit toward any other class or event.

If you cancel MORE than a month ahead

If you cancel more than 30 days before the date of your class, you can re-schedule and receive full credit toward any other class or event.

If you cancel LESS than a month ahead

If you cancel less than 30 days before the date of your class, there are still options. Boston Wine School tickets are completely transferable, so you can give or sell them to someone else. People have said they have good luck with StubHub. Also, many classes are sold out and there is sometimes a waiting list. No guarantees, but if someone on the waiting list were to take your space, then you will receive full credit toward any other class or event.

If you cancel LAST MINUTE

If you need to cancel at the last minute, you may re-schedule by paying a 50% re-ticketing fee.

Refunds

Boston Wine School classes and events are non-refundable.

The Boston Wine School supports the responsible consumption of wine by adults of legal drinking age. When you sign up for a class or come to an event, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years old. Students agree that Boston Wine School, its agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any injuries or property damages suffered by or from the actions of any guest while attending or traveling to and from an event.
